I have recently retired after working for almost 50 years in the City of London, mainly in Banking and Insurance.

I am now enjoying the freedom of mostly doing the things I like rather than the tasks you have to do to earn a living.

My hobbies are mainly to do with sport as I spent many years playing football and cricket, I now participate only as a spectator.

Other interests include gardening and anything else my wife wants me to do. Two of the favourite days out are the Chelsea Flower Show and the Hampton Court Flower Show.

From this computer course I am hoping to bring myself into the 21 st Century by being able to use the Internet to book tickets for Football Matches, Theatres and Holidays.
