P&O/Nedlloyd along with Barclays Bank occupy this unit as described elsewhere in this report.
On the demise of Overseas Containers Ltd (OCL) and on P&O’s financial hook up with Royal Dutch Nedlloyd this office in New North Road was acquired. This Office served as their main UK office and served a useful purpose in being approximately equidistant to the City and to their container operations at Tilbury Docks.
